In August 2005, Revilleza and Jason Catedrilla agreed to change Catedrilla's grades for $200, the complaint said. The suspects received different amounts of money to change grades, according to prosecutors. Revilleza e-mailed Jeremy Tato, 25, with Virk's and other students' names and grade-change requests, stating, "Here's more! I'll get money for you Wed or Thurs" and "Let me know when you get this done," the complaint said. To illustrate the alleged scheme, prosecutors said accused suspect Tejvinder Virk gave his student ID number and list of seven classes and grade-change requests to Julian Revilleza on Jan.
